Specialized in travel and leisure goods, Mirano is the first and the most dependable distributor of all kinds of leisure goods all over Romania, this includes bags, camping goods, inflatable leisure items, sport goods, sportswear.
MIRANO group has launched its brand name MIRANO® on national level as the first phase of multi phase strategy to build a national brand, benefited from the well established distribution network all over Romania; this brand has found its way to highly visible shelves at prime location outlets in almost every city in Romania. Today Mirano® is absolutely the best selling brand in Romania having the biggest market share in this field.
The second phase started in year 2000 , the strategy is to represent selective international brand names exclusively in Romania, as the Romanian market became ready and mature enough to accept the international brand names, so contracts were signed with DELSEY®, Kipling, PIERRE CARDIN®, SONADA®, PEAK®.
The success achieved is beyond any expectations, with at least 80% yearly growth rate , brand name awareness and turnover value gets an additional boom after accepting Romania in the EU , the expansion of the travel and tourism sector which follow , and the rapid economic growth with the general improvement of the population living standard.
The third phase of our strategy started year 2006, by launching MIRANO GALLARY chain of deluxe Retail Stores in the best located malls in Romania, contracts was signed already and the target is to have at least 20 Retail Shops until year 2010.
This success has encouraged MIRANO GROUP to upgrade its investment and services, it’s marketing department expanded by recruiting more professional highly qualified people, specialized for each sector, with regular surveillance study of the market , daily delegations to visit our clients all over Romania, representatives in every important city, in addition to sales agents inside each hypermarket selling point which number in hundreds now.
MIRANO logistics expansion to cope with the general company growth, operates from the 15,000 sqm warehouse, distributes the goods to the most remote selling points in Romania. MIRANO group operates from its own central 20,000 sq.m MIRANO commercial complex situated in the heart of Bucharest only 2KM from the republic palace, it consist of office building , shopping complex of 100 shops, and the warehouse.
MIRANO is building their new 10,000 sq.m warehouse & office complex in the new industrial zone of Bucharest near Carrefour hypermarket, which will be ready during year 2009. As the present central commercial complex is approved for building 30 story towers with ground floor showrooms, and will be our major real estate project. MIRANO group was awarded by the ministry of commerce the (TOP NATIONAL PRIVATE FIRM AWARD) for years 2004, 2005, 2006, in an official ceremony held in the republic palace.

Which is awarded for the outstanding performance of the company in the Romanian market for the past successive 3 years .
MIRANO REAL ESTATE
Mirano Real Estate business unit started to operate in year 2000 following the acquisition of 20,000 sq.m land commercial complex in the heart of Bucharest a walking distance from the Republic Place, located in the center of the main business area and government offices and ministries. The complex consists of 100 retail shops, office buildings, and warehouses, and planned to be converted to multiple 30 story commercial and residential towers in the near future. In addition, Mirano owns the following projects:
Domnesti industrial complex: A new 10,000 sq.m office building and warehouses is under construction in the industrial zone of Bucharest, which will be ready during year 2009.
Clinceni complex: Residential 8,000 sq.m multi villa complex in the modern part of Bucharest.
Baneasa project: 2000 sq.m commercial land in the most expensive northern part of Bucharest, approved for 10 story commercial building. |
